This dry riesling from Günther Steinmetz is a textbook of fruity but racy Mosel riesling. This delicate golden Riesling shining in the glass delights with lots of fruit, especially golden apple, stone fruits, but also citrus nuances. Fine Moselle minerality rounds off the bouquet.
