Sangue di Giuda is a sparkling, or 'frizzante' style sweet red from the Lombardy region of Oltrepo' Pavese. Using 80% Croatina (locally known as 'Bonarda'), and 20% Uva Rara, this red is aromatic and fresh, with ripe cherry and hints of blackberry and plum fruit. Pair with dessert or any meat dish, from a beautiful roast to a plate of thinly sliced beef Carpaccio.
