COMMENTARY: Over the years, I have sipped on many bubblies that brought sugar onto my palate, and while I don't often serve this style of wine with my entrées of choice, the Meiomi is a pretty tasty treat. TASTING NOTES: This wine is just plain easy. Its aromas and flavors of candied apple and cane sugar make it a delightful choice with grilled peaches accented with bacon on Bibb lettuce.
