Keswick Vineyards Chardonnay Monticello 2022

This Chardonnay is composed of 100% Chardonnay and was fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is quite pale in color with some lemon tinges. The nose is medium plus with aromas of citrus fruit [lemon, orange peel, lime] stone fruit [apricot], floral [white flower or blossom] and then lots of crushed rock or minerality. The palate is dry with up front acidity, before transitioning to a the mid palate where the weight end texture comes through; all leading to a long finish. The flavors are all the same as the aroma’s and very pronounced. With an ageing potential of up to three years, this crisp wine can be enjoyed immediately. RHW
