Domaine du Dragon Grande Cuvee Rose 2022

Since the 2001 vintage first appeared in the store years ago, Dragon Rosé has been a consistent customer and staff favorite year after year. The Lienard family tends about 50 acres of vines in Provence and makes this from Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, and a nice dose of Rolle grown just for pink wine. Grapes are grown specifically for rosé and are harvested at the perfect balance of fresh fruit and juicy acidity. Once in the winery, they are lightly crushed and allowed to pick up a just right touch of pink color and red berry flavor before pressing and finishing fermentation in cool stainless steel tanks. The 2022 is again an amazing Rose and one you can enjoy year round!
