The Young Rosé is a co-fermentation, macerated with whole berries of Chambourcin in direct pressed Vidal blanc. The end result is deeper in color with a bit of creaminess. This wine smells of raspberries and cream with hints of other red fruits. The wine is fresh with texture and a round body. The wine is mouthwatering and leaning towards a delicious light chillable red.
