importer notes We spent years on safari in California wine country to track down this rugged, thick-skinned, long-horned Rhino of a Cab. Under the expertise of Field Recordings’ Andrew Jones (one of our favorite & most dialed-in winemakers), we found an ideal Paso Robles site to deliver the pure fruit, fresh food-friendly acidity, heightened aromas, and overall balance we’ve been longing for. Welcome to flavor country.
