Our award winning Bordeaux-style blend of 41% Merlot, 37% Petit Verdot, and 22% Cabernet Sauvignon. Each varietal is fermented separately in French oak for 8 months, until blending trials. After the blend is created it goes back into barrel for an additional 8 months – 16 months total in barrel. This is a well-balanced red wine with red fruit aromatics and good complexity. Rich tannin structure with a good mouth feel and long finish.
